It's been over 20 years since *NSYNC released their last album and went on tour, but throughout the years, fans have been eagerly awaiting the time the group reunited for a new project. That time may finally be coming soon.
While at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Festival presented by Capital One, Lance Bass shared some exciting news with Entertainment Tonight about the potential for an *NSYNC reunion sometime soon, once again bringing together himself, JC Chasez, Justin Timberlake, Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone. The group has previously come together for a song on the Trolls Band Together soundtrack as well as a track on Timberlake's latest album Everything I Thought It Was.
After ET asked about a possible residency in Las Vegas, similar to what fellow boyband New Kids On The Block recently announced, Bass quipped that it would "take a little while" but said it would be a fun way to come back. However, he did tease that he's "finally" allowed to talk about something big in regards to a reunion, stating that "conversations are being had."
"I think we have bigger plans that we're thinking of, so stay tuned," he said, adding, "If we're gonna do something, we gotta do something something. We're actually talking guys! We're doing it!"
Elsewhere in the interview, Bass talked about taking a road trip with Backstreet Boys member AJ McLean to get to this year's iHeartRadio Music Fest, joking that they get along better "now" more than they did back in the day.
