The podcast is titled 'Welcome To The OC' and the two of them are re-watching old episodes, talking about behind the scenes drama, reminiscing about filming the show and more. That show of course inspired reality shows like 'Laguna Beach' and 'The Hills' and pretty much changed the landscape of television.
